I've Changed: Less hair, more waist! I wish it were the other way around.

Arty Mikolajczyk still remains a great friend. As for the rest of the class, through the years I have looked at the yearbook pictures and I have nothing but happy memories.

I remember Mr. Furlong, who gave me the idea that reading and writing and teaching could be a good and honorable way to make a living.

I worked in Westinghouse on Pacific Avenue, 1953-1955.  I served in the US army from 1955 to 1957. I attended Jersey City State College from 1957 to 1961 and graduated with a BA. I married Katherine Burke in 1961. I attended University of Pennsylvania Grad School 1961-1962 and obtained an MA. I taught English from 1962 to 1966 at Abington, PA. "Master Teacher" at University of Pennsylvania 1966 to 1968. I was speechwriter for Richard NIxon (1968 campaign) and 1969 to 1970 in the White House.  I was assistant director United States Information Agency 1970.  Worked with Sen. Jim Buckley 1972-1976. From 1977 - 1995 worked for Republican Leader of the US House of Representatives, Bob Michel.

Currently I am a writer of book reviews (published) and fiction (thus far, unpublished).
