After Graduating, I worked on the floor of the New York stock exchange. It was a short stay, A lot of fun, however, the commuting was not to my liking. I then worked for American Stores in Kearny, as well as in, Jersey City for 2 years, and decided to volunteer for the Army on April 1954. Since hostilities ceased in Indo-China, I spent 2years stationed in Camp Chafee, Arkansas. I was discharged on April 1956. I went to work for Dupont in Sayerville, N.J. July 1956.( real boring). I met, my wife, Joanne in October, 1956, and we were married, Oct.1957. In the ensuing years I worked for, Jersey Central Power & light, as a Lineman, for four years. I then went into the insurance business for the next 35+ years, eventually working for Lincoln Financial Group, getting professional desiginations,as a CLU( charted life underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered financial consultant) and working as a Financial Planner. My wife and I, have four Children and thirteen grandchildren. We lived in Hazlet,N.J., Middletown, N.J., Tinton Falls,N.J. and In 1993,retired to. Corinth,Tx.,a Suburb of Dallas,at the request of our children. I have always have had fond memories of my years at St. Mikes and all the fine teachers, and students .
